Lost Wallet

ok so last week I was running around all of St. Catharines trying to find my wallet, which was lost the week before.  Turns out that it had been dropped into a mailbox by a concerned citizen, and took a trip.  It finally found my friend Mark at his house because my address hasn't been changed on my health card yet.  So I don't need to replace everything any more.  Yet one more way God provides.

Ratchet and Clank

There has been a large influx of gaming in my house.  The thing is that It's my girlfriend that has been doing all of it lately.  She's hooked on ratchet and clank and most of the time won't even let me play.  She's bought all of the PS2 Ratchet and Clank game used so far and finished all of them but Deadlocked and Size Matters.  She told me she won't beat Deadlocked, and she is currently working on finishing Size Matters.

Broke my pocketPC

Remember way back when I bought my pocket PC?  yeah like 4 months ago.  Well now the power button is broken, it never did what I wanted it to, and I am so angry with it that I just want to throw it off the highest roof I can climb on.  It's time for a new one.  Maybe something with a GSM phone attached so I don't have to lug around this stupid cell phone.

This is a slideshow unboxing of my new zboard.  I spent $63 CAD on the website and when the box showed up UPS asked me for $37 CAD more for C.O.D. and duties.  So this one keyboard now cost me $100 which is twice what I thought I would be paying.  This keyset is the "Gaming Keyset" for first person shooters and other such games.  Makes the now standard WASD control scheme even easier to use.  It also came with an everyday full keyset (not pictured).  If I knew I'd be paying $100 I would have liked one more keyset, but oh well.

Starcraft 2: Wings of Liberty Beta

After about 1 hour of installing the game I come across this window:

Now I ask you is this the sort of thing one would expect after giving all my computer's details to blizzard who then said "Yes we will get him to try the game"?

Starcraft 2: Wings of Liberty Beta

I have been accepted to beta test the new starcraft 2.  When I started the installer it told me that I did not have enough RAM to play the game and I should consider upgrading, and offered a website for suggestions.  I didn't click on the website, but I am going to try to play this game with 700MB RAM and an on-board Intel 82865G GPU.  oh and the CPU is an old Intel P4 2.4GHz.  Well good luck to me.

P.S. Is the installer supposed to slow down your computer?  Probably not, but I think it's due to the amount of RAM I'm using.
