Time for a new update!

It's official, my sister has her new house! There's a sold sign and everything. This means I am moving out before the 1st of October! I haven't worked out all the details with my cousin (who lives now where I will) and my sister, since they have to move before I can, but I hope to have my things packed and stuffed in the extra bedroom by the time my current landlord needs the apartment.

I got pictures of my second cousin's wedding (she's younger than me, but my mother's cousin) but can't seem to get them off the card. Lousy old card readers. I wish I hadn't broken my camera's USB cable.

Anyway I hope that all of you out there will stay frosty, especially in the summer heat!

It's hump day

Yup, and I am hanging with my buddy Mark. He picked up the latest Tiger Woods game, and it is so cool! We took a picture of his face from the front and the side and it put his face in the game. The only problem is that his dark tan did not transfer with the picture. But what a golf game. There are places where you can challenge people to different trick shots and you get points to purchase online things if and when you beat the challenge. Neat!

Tuesday

This Tuesday wasn't anything like the last few. This time I didn't go over to Mark's house, I stayed home. My girlfriend picked me up and we went to Tim Horton's at noon. Then we came back to my place and sat around the house checking our e-mail and cleaning up (I did dishes!). At around 4:45pm, another couple called us up and asked that we go out to The Duck with them, but my girlfriend suggested we go to Joey's Only since it's Tuesday and all you can eat fish and chips night. She's always had a better memory than me. Christina (my girlfriend, I've mentioned her beofore) had to go to her Dojo after dinner so the three of us, our friends and I, went shopping along Ontario Street after that. After the shopping Christina met back up with us and we all went back to my place and hung out there.

This was a different way to spend my tuesday. I think it was fun.

My Keys!

I was doing sound today for a wedding, and finally retrieved my keys from the sound booth at church. I tell you it's annoying to lose your keys. Anyway, 4 AM is pretty late for blogging, so maybe I'll just veg out and watch a Dolph Lundgren film.

Rain and Hail in the Niagara Region!

At around 2:00 pm (EST) there was a rain and hail squall in St. Catharines Ontario. My girlfriend and I were walking home from Angel's Diner when the skies opened up and started raining big fat blobs of water. Luckily my cousin was driving by and picked us up before it started hailing. She drove us home and I grabbed the camera and started filming. You can see my cousin's car in the video. I just missed the loudest and heaviest part of the storm, and you can tell it was already starting to fade when I started filming.
