Building Chromium from source snafu

No matter how many times I try this sync there is just no scripts directory.  That means there's no way to build this thing because all the instructions tell you to run these scripts from the scripts directory.  THERE ISN'T ONE!!!!  come on what is the problem here I know you guys have them but I don't.
